1. With the consent of the parties, matter was heard and disposed of on admission stage.

2. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for considering his representation so far as transferring the petitioner from the scheduled area to a non-scheduled area.

3. According to the petitioner, he has been working in a scheduled area for last more than 7 years and has been approaching the authorities considered for a suitable transfer in a non-scheduled area.

4. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition stands disposed of at this juncture directing the respondent No.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to take appropriate steps in accordance with the Rules and Policies governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion so far as entitlement of the petitioner for relief that he has sought for, the authorities

-2concerned shall decide it purely taking into consideration the policies as also when administrative exigency arises.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
