1. Learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that dispute has been settled between the parties amicably and principal amount payable to Ayodhya Builders and Contractors by Bharat Aluminium Company Limited is ₹ 18,15,510/- and interest is payable at the rate of 12% per annum on principal amount which amounts to ₹ 26,32,489/- and thus, total amount is payable by Bharat Aluminium Company Limited to Ayodhya Builders and Contractors is ₹ 44,47,999/-. They would further submit that aforesaid agreed amount will be paid by Bharat Aluminium Company Limited to Ayodhya Builders and Contractors through account payee cheque within 10 days from today.
2. The aforesaid statement is placed on record and the said
amount will be released by Bharat Aluminium Company Limited in favour of Ayodhya Builders and Contractors within 10 days from today.
3. In view of aforesaid submissions of the parties, all the arbitrations appeals are accordingly disposed of. Certified copy today.
