Mr. Anand Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to file a fresh application as the six months' period enumerated in Section 6 (3) of the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004 is coming to an end today.

3. Learned State counsel raises no objection.

4. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application for release of the vehicle and the said application will be considered by the competent jurisdictional criminal Court in accordance with law.
