The present Cr.M.P. has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 21.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1817/2016 granting bail to the Applicant on his arrest on 23.12.2015 in connection with Crime No. 07/2008 for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 397/34 of I.P.C. 2.

The Applicant had filed application under Section 439 of Cr. P.C. which was allowed on 21.03.2016. However, inadvertently in the cause title the father and village name have been wrongly written. Instead of Nanku Singh his father's name has been mentioned as Nakalu Singh and name of village instead of Lamatodla has been mentioned as Lamapedla, therefore he seeks modification in the said order for the reasons that when he had produced the order dated 21.03.2016 furnishing bail, the Court below finding the above

mistakes he was not permitted to furnish the bail bonds. 3.

On verification of the facts and perusal of the order dated 13.01.2016 annexed along with the bail application showing the correct name of the Applicant's father to be Nanku Singh and the village name to be Lamatodla, the order dated 21.03.2016 is accordingly corrected to that extent and the father's name of the Applicant be read as Nanku Singh in place of Nakalu Singh and village name shall be read as Lamatodla in place of Lamapedala. 4.

With the aforesaid modification the Cr. M.P. stands allowed and disposed.
