Prevention of Atrocities Act), Durg in Special Case No. 83 of 2000.

2) As per PUD dated 23.06.2015, received from the Court of Special Judge, SC/ST (P.O.A.) Act, Durg sole appellant Rajendra Yadav has been died. Death certificate is enclosed therein. 3) Consequently, as the sole appellant has died, the appeal becomes abated and dismissed as abated.
