Shri Vyas, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous in the light of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this High Court on 16.12.2010 in Writ Petition No. 3333 of 2005 - The C.G. Cement Manufacturers Association Vs. Union of India & Others.
