For Respondents No. 2&3 :

Hon'ble Shri Navin Sinha, Chief Justice Order on Board 16/10/2015 1.

In this writ petition, the Petitioner challenges a list of appointments dated 17.6.2009 on the post of Junior Engineer (Trainee) T&D. None of the appointees have been made as party-Respondents. If that defect by itself was not sufficient to dismiss the writ petition, the counter-affidavit on behalf of Respondents No. 2 and 3 states in paragraph 10 that the Petitioner appeared for interview as an unreserved category candidate and did not obtain position in the merit list of the candidates and therefore could not be appointed. There is no rejoinder to the same.

2.

In absence of any challenge to the statements made in the counteraffidavit on merits, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed.
