Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application dated 10.8.2018 for grant of regular stage carriage permit for the route Raipur to Devbhog via Rajim, Garyaband, Mainpur, Dhurwagodi, Urmaal and return trip daily , which is pending consideration.

If the petitioner's case was taken up in the above stated

meeting, let the decision thereon be communicated to the petitioner within 4 weeks from today. If no decision has been taken on petitioner's application, the same shall also be taken within the same period. The petitioner shall serve copy of this order before the concerned respondent within a week. 4.
