M.C.C. No.443 of 2015 This is an application for restoration of WPC No.2543/2014, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 24.12.2014.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPC No.2543/2014 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however to payment of cost of Rs.1, 000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association, within a week, failing which this order shall loose its efficacy.
