1. The petitioners have filed two substantive writ petitions challenging

their order of termination in which this Court has held that the petitioners are not entitled for any relief. In this writ petition, the main relief claimed is to direct release of salary to the petitioners. Since the substantive writ petitions have been dismissed, this writ petition is also dismissed. However, this will not bar the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners on its merit for release of salary for that period if they had actually worked in the school run by respondent No.1 in that period.
