Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 26.02.2018 Heard.
Though the challenges to the transfer order of the petitioner who is a Teacher Panchayat, I find that the petitioner is not preferred any representation. The challenge to the transfer order does not appear to be passed on any grounds of jurisdictional error. Therefore, in these circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain this petition but to give the petitioner liberty to prefer a representation against the transfer order. In case, representation is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of submission of representation by the authority who passed the transfer order. If the grievance is not redressed, the remedy of the petitioner would be to file an appeal under the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Rekha
