1. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court has since been complied with vide order dated 04.02.2021 and copy of which has also been served upon the applicant.
2. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant though he submits that the order has not been passed keeping in view the order of this Court while deciding the writ petition at the first instance.
3. Be that as it may, rightly or wrongly the respondents having decided the matter, as such the order of this Court stands complied with. In the event the applicant is dissatisfied with the order passed by the
respondent, he would be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition. The contempt Court could not have jurisdiction to decide the veracity of the decision subsequently passed by the respondent in compliance of the order passed by this Court.
