---- Respondents For Petitioner :
Shri Praveen Das, Advocate For Respondent/SECL :
Shri Vivek Chopra, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/01/2018 Heard.
2.
The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 15-06-2017, by which, he has been transferred from Korba Area Headquarter to Central Workshop Korba.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had to finally take the shelter of the Court because the petitioner has been subjected to transfer since 27-07-2015 and has suffered as many as six transfer from one place to another. It is submitted that against the impugned order, the petitioner has preferred
representation which has also not been decided till date. 3.
This Court find that earlier the petitioner was subjected to frequent transfer from one place to another, but the order impugned only results in local shifting from one place to other. Therefore, for that reason, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, moreso when the impugned transfer order was passed more than six months before and the petitioner has already preferred representation against the said order.
4.
Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondent-SECL for consideration of petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision thereon within a period of four weeks. SD/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Tumane
