This MCC is filed for restoration of the FA No. 334 of 2018. 2.

Earlier on 03.02.2020 said FA was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the reasons assigned in instant MCC, this court is satisfied that when the said FA was called for hearing the counsel for the appellant was not appeared before this Court due to just and sufficient ground. 4.

Hence, instant MCC is allowed and said FA is restored in its original number subject to condition that appellant shall pay Rs.1,000/- as cost to the respondent.
