1. Heard.

2. The petitioner's WPS No.2312 of 2015 was dismissed on 30.06.2014 for non-compliance of the Court's order. MCC No.934 of 2015 for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition was allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- with further observation

that if the cost is not paid within time, the order shall lose its efÏcacy.

3. The petitioner did not pay the cost within time and instead moved MCC No.210 of 2016 for extension of time. In view of the order passed in earlier MCC with observation that if the cost is not paid within time, the order shall lose its efÏcacy, the consequent MCC was dismissed, as not maintainable. In the above circumstance, the present MCC has again been filed for restoration of MCC No.934 of 2015.

4. Considering the explanation offered, IA No.01, an application for condonation of delay in filing the present MCC, is allowed and the delay is condoned and it is further directed that on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- within a period of 02 weeks from today before the C.G. High Court Legal Aid Committee, MCC No.934 of 2015 shall stand restored.
