order dated 04.04.2016.

(3) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of the petitioners' counsel on 04.04.2016 when Civil Revision No.124/2015 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds.

(4) M.C.C. No. 288/2016, therefore, is allowed and Civil Revision No.124/2015 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-, payable to the High Court Legal Aid Committee.
