1. This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to extend the time granted by this Court by order dated 09.10.2017, in CRMP No. 788/2017 directing the petitioner to appear before the Court on 07.11.2017 for filing an

application for condonation of delay in filing the complaint case.

2. On the basis of submission made in the application, considering the grounds mentioned in the application, this CRMP is allowed which is filed to extend the time given in the earlier order passed by this Court. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Court on or before 15.02.2018 and file the suitable application. The trial Court is directed to consider and pass the orders on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with the law.

3. Petition stands disposed off.
