1. The matter was called up twice for hearing but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, however, learned State counsel would submit that the grievance raised by the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents and no cause of action survives in this writ petition.
2. Since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it is submitted that no cause of action survives, accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
