The petitioner has filed this petition against order dated 13.08.2017. 2.

Though number of grounds have been urged, all can be taken care of by the authority while considering the representation. The petitioner having approached this Court belatedly and it being a transfer matter and there being no ground of absence of jurisdiction or malafide of the authority, at this stage, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
