1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.1&2 to consider and decide the request application of the petitioner for a suitable posting in and around District Durg enabling the petitioner and her Husband to take care of their child who is mentally handicapped with certain disabilities.

2. Given the nature of request that the petitioner has made and also considering the nature of relief that the petitioner has sought for, this court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents No.1&2 to take an appropriate decision sympathetically on humanitarian ground at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner, in addition shall also be permitted to make a fresh representation supported with all relevant documents in respect of her contentions.
