(2) The applicant has filed this application for correction/modification in order dated 16.11.2016 passed in WP(S) No.6250 of 2016.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the name of School of the applicant- Anil Kumar has been wrongly mentioned in cause title as Govt. Girls Primary School, Samouli Block-Bhaiyathan whereas, it is Govt. Primary School Samouli Block Bhaiyathan and therefore, same may be corrected.

(4) In view of above, it is directed that in place of Govt. Girls Primary School, Samouli Block-Bhaiyathan it be read as Govt. Primary School, Samouli Block-Bhaiyathan in order dated 16.11.2016 passed in WP(S) No.6250 of 2016. Other contents of order dated 16.11.2016 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the MCC stands finally disposed of.
