The present Contempt Petition has been filed by Petitioner alleging willful non-compliance of Order dated 9.7.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1040/2020.

At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the present Contempt Petition would not be maintainable, for the reason that Petitioner was not a party to the Writ proceedings either as a Petitioner or as a Respondent. The said Writ Petition was filed by an Association. Petitioner himself has also specifically mentioned that the School where the children of Petitioner are studying was not a member of that Association. Thus, for this reason also, this Court finds it difficult to entertain the present Contempt Petition.

Reserving the right of Petitioner to avail other remedies available to him, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
