1. The petitioners would submit that by order dated 3.7.2007 the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur has regularized the services of 252 employees from the date of their initial appointment, however, the same facility or benefit has not been extended to the petitioners.
2. Considering the order (Annexure-P/2), the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioners prefer fresh representation before the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur, within a period of one month from today, the said Corporation shall pass necessary speaking order, in accordance with law duly considering the petitioners' claim of parity with those 252 employees for whom the order (Annexure-P/2) has been passed by the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur.
