(C) No. 2224 of 2018, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to respondents authority to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 8.8.2018 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 2224 of 2018. (3) Petitioner may also make additional representation to respondent / competent authority and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 8.8.2018 in its letter and spirit.
