1. Heard.

2. It appears, while respondent No.4 was placed under suspension, the petitioner, a Forester, was posted as Range Assistant at the place where respondent No.4 was working. However, when the suspension of respondent No.4 was revoked, he was again

posted as Range Assistant, Raigarh-I, but no order has been passed in respect of the petitioner's posting.

3. Let the petitioner submit representation before the District Forest OfÏcer (DFO), Raigarh, within a period of 02 weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the DFO shall decide the issue concerning the petitioner's posting within a further period of 02 weeks from the date of filing of representation.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
