To which, counsel for the State has no objection. (2) Be that as it may, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
