Agrawal Order On Board 15/02/2017 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for second higher pay scale since 2009 for which she made representation to the respondent No.1 but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the same expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection. (2) Be that as it may, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
