1. The counsel for the State submits that the issue involved in the instant case stands decided by this Court in WPS No. 4957/2010 decided on 16.04.2014.

2. The counsel for the petitioner on going through the said judgment accepts that the issue stands decided by the said writ petition.

3. In view of the same, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the order passed

by this Court in WPS No. 4957/2010 and other analogous petitions decided on 16.04.2014.
