Ms. Astha Shukla, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 12/01/2017 The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking for grant of regular pay scale from the date of his initial appointment.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that similar writ petitions have already been disposed of by this Court one of such petition is WPS No. 3148/2016 decided on 25.07.2016 and prays that the present petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.

State counsel does not dispute the same and submits that the present petition may be disposed of in similar terms. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a fresh representation bringing all his grievances to the concerned respondent

who in turn shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the rules and policies governing the field within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the said representation. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the present Writ petition stands disposed of.
