This MCC has been filed for restoration of WP No. 3414/2000, which was dismissed in default on 26.07.2012 for non compliance of order dated 10.04.2012 passed by this Court.

For the reasons assigned in the petition for restoration and considering further the affidavit of the petitioner, Satyanarayan Aghariya, made on 31.03.2019 in support of his petition for restoration of the said writ petition, I am inclined to allow the same. 4.

Accordingly, the instant M.C.C. is allowed and WP No.3414/2000 is restored to its original number subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- payable to the Secretary Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.
