Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representations before the Collector, Sarguja on 14.12.2017 and 19.12.2017 respectively, for redressal of his grievances which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Sarguja is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
