This application has been filed for restoring Writ Appeal No.500 of 2014 to file for disposal on merits, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 27.1.2015 to serve a copy of memo of appeal upon Mr.V.G.Tamaskar, Advocate, who appeared for the respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No.2195 of 2003 giving rise to the writ appeal.

In view of the modification of Rule 158 (10) (vi) of the High Court Rules by Gazette Notification dated 22.6.2015, since the writ appeal was dismissed for non-compliance before appearance of the respondents, restoration application is allowed and Writ Appeal No.500 of 2014 is restored to file for disposal on merits.
