1. Learned counsel for the respondent states that a reply has been filed and it has been stated that the respondent has prepared a report and forwarded it to the Sub Divisional Officer and according to him, at this stage, it is not within his jurisdiction to pass any other further order unless Sub Division Officer passes some order.

2. Having gone through the same and the nature of order which was passed by this Court earlier, I am not inclined to proceed further in the contempt proceedings.

3. The petition is accordingly closed. Rule is discharged. It would be open for
