The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision in finalizing the proceedings so far as the caste status of the petitioner is concerned at the earliest. 2.

Consider the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision on the dispute of the petitioner as regards the caste status pending before the respondent No.2 at

the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
