The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.55/2020, registered at Outpost Mohara, Police Station Chhuriya, District Rajnandgaon C.G. for offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the

MCRCA No. 322 of 2020 Court to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

3. Learned State counsel would not oppose the withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application.
