Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners would submit that
petitioners have applied for the regular post of Surveyor but their candidature has been rejected on the ground that they have not submitted the surveyor certificate from ITI whereas they are having Diploma in Civil Engineering and, therefore, they are eligible for consideration on the said post, against which they have also raised objections before the respondent authorities.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - The Director, Agriculture Department, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the objections raised by the petitioners expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
