1. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the applicant has been enlarged on default bail under Section 167(2) of the Cr.P.C., the instant bail application has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission, the instant bail application is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
