(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that they have made representations before respondent No.3 i.e. Director of Public Instruction, Raipur for grant of time pay scale, which is pending since 12.01.2015 and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent No.3 to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) In view of above, respondent No.3/Director of Public Instruction, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners for grant of time pay scale in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
