Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court on 19.10.2016 in WPT No.141/2016 (M/s Sanjay Bajpai Builders (P) Ltd. vs. Principal Commissioner of Income-Tax-1 and others).
