1. Heard.
2. The petitioner is seeking revaluation of answer sheets written by him in the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET), 2016, conducted by respondents 1 & 2 on behest of respondent No.3.
3. Admittedly, the rules for conduct of the subject examination does not provide for revaluation of the answer sheets. Therefore, in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in this matters of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and
Higher Secondary Education and another Vs. Paritosh Bhupeshkumar Sheth and others, (1984) 4 SCC 27 and Central Board of Secondary Education Through Secretary, All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination and others Vs. Khushboo Shrivastava and others, (2014) 14 SCC 523 , this Court sitting under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is not entitled to direct revaluation de hors the rules.
