(2) The applicant has filed this application for correction in order dated 15.03.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.4994 of 2015. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in para-3 of the order dated 15.03.2016, the name of the petitioner's father has wrongly mentioned as Shyam Sundar Sharma whereas it is Late Shri Ram Pravesh Sharma and therefore, same may be corrected.

(4) In view of above, it is directed that the name of the petitioner's father in place of Shyam Sundar Sharma it be read as Late Shri Ram Pravesh Sharma in order dated 15.03.2016 passed in WP(S) No.4994/2015. Other contents of order dated 15.03.2016 shall remain intact.

(5) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
