1. Heard on prayer for restoration of WPC No.4573 of 2010, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 22.01.2020.

2. Taking into consideration the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, as last indulgence, this Court is inclined to recall the order of dismissal dated 22.01.2020 for want of prosecution. Order is therefore recalled and WPC No.4573 of 2010 is restored to its original number, subject to deposit of Rs.2500/- in the High Court Legal Aid Committee.

3. It is made clear that if no appearance is made on the date when the case would be called for hearing, the case would be dismissed without any further chance of restoration.

4. MCC is accordingly allowed.
