The grievance of the petitioner is that on 12.08.2017 the petitioner was transferred from Bijapur to Primary Health Centre, Adawal, District Bastar. When she went on for joining, she was informed that there was no vacancy available at Adawal. Accordingly, the petitioner, as per instructions of the respondent No.2 vide Annexure P/2 dated 01.09.2017 posting the petitioner under Block Medical Officer, Community Health Centre, Lohandiguda was posted at Primary Health Centre at Belar. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner now is that vacancy has arisen at the place of posting of the petitioner i.e. at Adawal, the respondent No.2 may be directed to consider posting the petitioner at Adawal. Moreover, the contention of the petitioner is that under the official records, the petitioner is still being shown as staff of the Primary Health Centre, Adawal. 3.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent No.2 shall consider representation of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision in respect of claim of the petitioner for being posted at her substantive place of

posting i.e. Primary Health Centre, Adawal, District Bastar. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
