Heard on application for correction in the order dated 04.01.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7102/2020.

This Court has passed the common order on 04.01.2021 in MCRC No. 6773/2020 and MCRC No. 7102/2020.

It is contended that in para 3 of the order passed by this Court on 04.01.2021 in MCRC No. 7102/2020, inadvertently the word 'Rs.23 Crores' has been typed instead of 'Rs.23 Lakhs'.

Therefore, it is ordered that the word 'Rs.23 Crores' shall be read as 'Rs.23 Lakhs' in para 3 of the order passed in MCRC No. 7102/2020. Rest of the order passed in both the cases i.e. MCRC No. 6773/2020 & MCRC No. 7102/2020 shall remain as it is.
