3. The Probation Officer, Chhattisgarh Rajya Pariviksha Mandal Jail Department Raipur Police Station and District Raipur Chhattisgarh.

4. Probation Board Jail Headquarter , Raipur Police Station and District Raipur Chhattisgarh.

---- Respondents 28.02.2018 Mr. Goutam Khetrapal, Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to file a fresh application before the probation board for release of the petitioner and that application may be reconsidered by the probation board as and when the meeting takes place. In view of the submission made, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh application before the probation board for reconsideration of his release as and when the meeting takes place.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of this case and if the applications have been decided by the board prior to it, the board shall be at liberty to take its independent view on the fresh application which may be filed.
