(2) The prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this petition is that respondent No.2 i.e. Tahsildar, Durg may be directed to conclude the proceeding initiated upon an application filed by the petitioner for deletion of name of Collector as Manager from the revenue record.

(3) Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in

this petition, I am not inclined to entertain on the merit of the case, but it is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Tahsildar, Durg to decide an application filed by the petitioner as early as possible, subject to co-operation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
