1. This case was connected with CRA No.234/2018. Mr. Raghvendra Pradhan, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Shaleen Singh Baghel in CRA No.234/2018 submits that two appeals have been filed on behalf of the Appellant for the same offence. He further submits that his appeal i.e. CRA No.234/2018 has been filed before this appeal.

2. Since, two appeals have been filed on behalf of the Appellant therefore, CRA No.308/2018 which has been filed after CRA No.234/2018 is dismissed.
