1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite there being land acquisition award in petitioner's favour under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act, 2013'), the land acquisition authority has not disbursed the amount. He would also submit that some other beneficiaries under the award have already been paid the amount and the petitioner is treated discriminately.

2. Although the petitioner has already made a representation for disbursement, but yet considering the nature of dispute, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner moves a fresh representation before the Land Acquisition Authority for disbursement of the award amount, the said authority shall decide the representation at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of representation.
