1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court the petitioner's representation has been rejected without waiting decision of the Registrar, Co-operative Societies as sought by the respondent.

2. Since instruction has been sought by the respondent from the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, the Registrar, Co-operative Societies is directed to consider and give necessary instructions in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the respondent would proceed in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to rely upon the relevant decision in support of her case.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
