The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 04.03.2020, dismissing I.A. No.1/2020 declining permission to file joint writ petition, the present case i.e. WPS No. 1429 of 2020 is to be treated as filed of by the Petitioners 1 to 4 as the names of the other two Petitioners stand struck off with liberty to file separate proceedings.

Shri Abhishek Sinha, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that exactly similar matter had come up for consideration before this Court earlier and as per judgment dated 05.02.2021 in WPS No. 1766 of 2020, interference was declined, holding that there was no merit in the writ petition which ended up in dismissal of the same. 3.

The factual position as above is stated as correct by the learned counsel for the Petitioners as well.

In the said circumstances, we decline interference and the writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the verdict dated 05.02.2021 in WPS No.1766 of 2020.
