Applicant- Kantidevi Kurre has preferred this bail application (M.Cr.C. (A) No. 380 of 2021) under Section 438 Cr.P.C as she is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No. 19/2021, registered at Police Station Fastarpur, District Mungeli (C.G.) for the offfence punishable under Sections 294, 506 & 498-A of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that since applicant Kantidevi Kurre has been arrested during pendency of the anticipatory bail application, the same is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the bail application i.e. M.Cr.C.(A) No. 380 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.
